Return Policy

Return and exchange policy

  • Return or exchange
         a: Not due to our store's factors, NO exchange/ return is allowed
              b: If you need to return the product, we will refund shopping points of the same value for your next consumption.
              c: If you must return cash, we will charge you 15% of the payment system fee and related handling fees, and the rest will be directly refunded to the credit card account used for the original payment.
              d: If the product is new and defective, you can apply for an exchange. Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product (including holidays) for entrustment processing.

  • Return Instructions
               a: Returned goods must be unused and have no damage or malfunction caused by non-human defects. If the store prompts you, please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging carton), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
               b: Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
                     1. The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
                     2. The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, and dirt.
                     3. The packaging of returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
                     4. Malicious or mass returns
